The Body Methodology
Date: 31st March
Inspired by Michael Taylor I used an LED light tube to wrap around my model, creating the figure of my model.
WWW: I think the photographs I captured worked well, I think they look interesting, with the different shapes my model has created using the body. I wanted to capture different shapes/patterns with the body, and I think I have shown this well, by putting some photographs together, using Photoshop.
EBI: If I was to complete this shoot again, I would make complete it in a darker room, this is because the lights lit up the rest of the room when the shutter was open for longer. I could consider this, or be sure to have a higher aperture number, as this would let less light in, therefore the background would be dark, whilst still capturing the lights. Another aspect I would complete to make this shoot more successful is to be sure I have access to longer light tubes, as the ones I had, could only be wrapped around half of my models body. If I had longer lights, I think the photographs would be better and more interesting, as there would be a 'figure' of all the models body.
